Grooms Heavy Truck Sales LLC specialized in vocational packages both new and used. Located in Graham, NC we specialize in trucks for the ready mixed concrete industry; concrete mixers, dump trucks, cement tankers and aggregate trailers. We also carry Refuse Trucks and Water Trucks
