I am the owner of Spartan Transportation LLC, where I provide consulting services to motor carriers based on my experience as a former FMCSA Safety Investigator. I help trucking companies navigate federal regulations, improve safety performance, prepare for audits and investigations, strengthen compliance programs, and reduce liability exposure. My goal is to help carriers operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FMCSA requirements.
In addition to consulting, I serve as an expert witness in commercial motor vehicle accident litigation for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. I conduct independent reviews of trucking accidents, regulatory compliance, safety management practices, driver qualification files, Hours-of-Service records, and other transportation-related matters. I provide expert opinions, case analysis, and testimony grounded in federal regulations, industry standards, and my firsthand experience in commercial motor vehicle enforcement and safety oversight.
